25th March 2008 - ASCA show Bocholt (ASCD e.V.)
At the 15th and 16th of March 2008 we took part at the first
ASCA show in Germany of 2008 with Sandeau en Cooper.
At Saturday Sandeau became Best of Breed Veteran and Cooper
earned a first place in the Open Red Merle class, both under judge
Shelly Hollen (USA).
At Sunday Sandeau earned a second place in the Veteran class and
Cooper became first again in the Open Red Merle class, both under judge
Debbie Reneau (USA).
At the sametime we could congratulate two of Cooper's children:
Lifestyle's Born on a Trip with a third place in the Males 4 - 6 months and
Lifestyle's Beauty and Beast with a fourth place in the Bitches 4 - 6 months
both under judge Debbie Reneau (USA).

20th February 2008 - Cataract DNA-test.
We received the results of the cataract DNA-test!
Both Sandeau and Cooper carry two normal copies of DNA. This means that they have
a lower chance (11 times) of developing cataracts (bilateral posterior cataract),
during their lifetime than a dog that carries 1 or 2 copies of the mutation.
We're very pleased with these results !!!
